Question about wire

or well after diving into the solenoid rack to replace and fix any problems, and after removing the ypipe to replace my CCA, the car will not start. ALL grounds to coils and block are fine. I didnt think i was getting fuel becuase i couldnt hear fuel pump priming with key in on position. I recently replaced the pump with a supra, but took it out to check wiring which looks good.

I know its not flooded, thats happened WAYY too many times and i know how the car will act. This seems a little bit different. After closesly inspecting my harness i noticed that A green connector right behind the airpump and alternator was not plugged in. I believe this was for the water temp sensor. Dont think that would cause a no start problem...it would set a code off only. THEN right next to that i find a Black wire witha red tracer that was broken. It runs right by the green connector and is around the area of the injectors. Im going to try and get a pic up ASAP but if anyone knows off the top of their head what and where this wire goes I would definately appreciate it so i can eliminate it as part of the problem or fix it.

Thanks
Ted
