question about transmission that looks like a hybrid of TII & FD transmission

hi guys, i had two questions about my transmission:
1. does the attached pictures look like FD bell housing mated with FC TII body? what year are these? so i can buy their sensors accordingly.

2. now this clutch fork is REALLY confusing... it seems like the fork is pushing the throwout bearing toward the tranny (away from the engine) with the spring. but my slave clutch cynlinder is a pushing rod which also pushes the throwout bearing toward the tranny away from the engine... so spring & slave cynlinder act together. i don't understand how pushing on the clutch petal will do anything to the clutch plate. my clutch is purple exedy twin plate. i don't know whether it's pull or push type.

thanks in advance!

Looks like an FD transmission with the tail housing removed. That's the normal FD pull-type throwout bearing on it - with the transmission out of the car, the arm is back in the "clutch engaged" position. After the transmission is installed, you push the arm forward to lock into the pressure plate.

Of course, you're going to need a tail shaft housing for the transmission too.

I normally push on the throwout bearing itself through the inspection plate. Pulling the arm is really hard in the car, but pushing the TO bearing with a long flathead screwdriver is a cinch .

Anyhow, you've got the right idea.
