Question about TPS

So i finally have my new (rebuilt) engine back in and the one thing that puzzles me is which way to put the main pulley on. The tab that goes past the TPS is obviously sensitive to how it is lined up. I guess what i'm asking is, is there some sort of mark i can line it up to? there are 2 pegs that are 180 degrees apart and the pulley can go either way. I'm so confused....

The tab should be about 2mm away from the CAS and as far as I remember the bolt pattern will only let you put it on one way.
