Question about sticker on door jam

Was wondering what these stickers are all about. I'm guessing the car was leased and had to get approval to do modifications on it. Any way to tell what the modifications were?

Campaign 60504 is the fuel leakage recall. TSB 26. Campaign "54047" was probably campaign "54407" which was the coolant leak recall. TSB 22.

^That's my understanding too...after seeing this one on the hood liner of a low-mileage FD that was for sale not far from me earlier this year. There was also one stuck in the driver's door jam.
