Question about replacing oil filter mount o-rings

Question about replacing oil filter mount o-rings
I am about to replace the two o-rings under the oil filter mount and was wondering if I need to disconnect the oil cooler pipe hard line too. Shop manual is not so clear on this. If I do need to disconnect this line, can I reuse the copper washer on it?
