question about non-seq. setup

i have removed all solenoids. I have resistors for 8 of them, do you put resistors on the wastegate control and turbo pre-control solenoids or can you just leave them unplugged?

Also what can i use to make the block off plates?

Yes you need resitors on these two solenoid.

wtf i thought the plugs had to be put back on them. is that why i can't control boost. i am running the vacumm lines to the wastegate control but have the solenoids( the precontrol and wastegate hooked up).
should i unplug them . i have a pfc do i have to use resistors on them.??? thanks.
