Welcome to the forum. Please use the search function and read through the sites listed in the newbie sticky. Once you've spent dozens of hours reading through those, THEN come and ask questions.
You will likely need either a boost controller or an aftermarket ecu with those mods.

Rotary Freak
Get a Cold Air Intake. Like M2's or RX7Fashion(Ricks Rotary) in Pleasanton
M2 Carbon Fiber Cold Air Box:
Our intake system sources 100% of its air directly from the nose, thus eliminating the problem of robbing valuable air from the intercooler. Kit includes all necessary components for installation, including 2 K&N filters.
*Use of competition radiator does require trimming of the passenger-side mounting tab of radiator.
Or you can piece together a CAI($150) by buying two K&N filters, some ducting & your own heat sheild. Like Pettit's. Search for the heat shield template.

You should be looking into an ECU upgrade before you start thinking about modifying the car any more as you'll start to experience boost creep. I'd reccomend the pettit or M2.

don't waste your money on any so called cold air intakes, modify your stock box, unless you plan to install a large stock mount intercooler. rig up some intake runners from the bottom of the stock air box through the gap between the frame and the radiator, and get a K&N. pm me if you want to know how I did it. You get ram air from the stock set up which will be colder than any other intake setup you could buy, plus you will get additional air from below the car. can't beat it
