Question about Gauges voltage.

I was looking at getting some gauges for my flyrx7 pod and I found some that fit well with what I want but I have a question if they will be compatible or not. They're the pro sport EVO series. My question mainly is they say 12 volt negative ground vehicles only. My main goal is to learn so firstly could someone explain what exactly this means? And secondly if it's compatible.

can you link to the place that says that, so we can understand the context?

On the back of the gauge it just straight up says on a little sticker "for 12v negative ground vehicles only."

That's pretty much 99% of the vehicles on the road today. Some old/weird vehicles used a positive ground.

You're good there. You can google around on positive ground if you want to read up on it, it's mainly pre-1950's vehicles.
