I'm doing an FD build and while I have the front combination lights out, I want to take a shot at clearing them up. Has anyone used the headlamp deoxidizer kits on these lenses? Is there a better way to clear them up? For whatever reason I could not find the right combo of words in the search to find info on it.

You can try, many of those products look good for like 6 months then look like crap again. Sometimes the plastic is so discolored that it's not worth messing with.

Best bet I've seen is typically to clean and sand them down then paint a new clear coat on them. Watch a few Youtube videos. I think you can still get them new or get better-shaped used ones as well.
