Question about driving car with white smoke coming out of exhaust

hey i was wondering if you have white smoke is it harmful to drive the car. i think i might have a coolant seal problem or osmething else because I see white smoke (not THAT much) coming from the exhaust. my turbos seem to boost OK and the car never goes over the middle temperature mark. and also i have never gotten a low coolant light but again there is some smoke coming from the turbos. can i keep driving the car? it never goes past the middle temp mark so am i ok for a while? one more thing is it starts up normal as in i crank it and it fires right up.

if white smoke is coming out of the exhaust when you are driving yes thats harmful to the engine the stock water temp gauge suck i think the only time it goes over the middle mark is when the car is overheating.
