Question Question about CRV

hey i have my crv releasing into the atmos. and i have a question. Should it release at the slightest let up on throttle? I mean if i let off a 1/16th it starts hissing and won't stop until i go to WOT? Wasn't sure if this is working probably, and i don't have a mighty vac to test it?Thanks
Darron

The CRV should be venting anytime you are below transition (<4500rpm) and you are producing boost, the Turbo Precontrol acts as a wastegate for primary and dumps exhaust to the secondary to "pre-spool" it, the CRV vents the secondary untill just before the CCV opens at 4500 rpm and dumps secondary boost into the Y pipe.
