Question
Would one bolt missing from the UIM/Throttle body connection leave enough space for boost to leak out even if the other three bolts are tightened down?
I am thinking yes, because when the PSI in my FD builds up past around 7 it leaks back down to less then 5, maybe under normal intake it doesn't leak, but under high pressure it does..what do you think?

I already answered that question for you before you asked it in the other thread
I had a t-66 single turbo running near 17psi and I trapped 121mph with one bolt missing on my throttle body. If your other 3 are tight they can handle 10psi out of the twins its not leaking from there I promise
What are the symptoms of your problem. What boost do you get and when and what happens to it as the rpms increase. Its hard to help without all of the details

Well I didn't have the problem with the primary turbo untill I connected the charge control solenoid that the vacuum line was off of...maybe the CRV is messed up, and venting before it should?
