qick REW question

is the rear housing on the auto the same as the manuel? Ive been told yes and no from two very well known shops...so im a little confused....

Mazda has them as different part numbers but I've heard they are interchangeable

the transmission bolt pattern is different. you can mount a 5speed to an auto rear housing, but not an auto tranny to a 5speed rear housing

thank you very much thats what we have is the auto motor but i want to put a 5spd to it
