Purge check valve part number?

Purge check valve part number?
Greetings,

Does anyone have the part number for the purge control check valve handy? This is the only metal check valve, and it's between the purge control solenoid, and the UIM. I looked on the Mazdaformance parts drawing, and it looks like they show it, but the description is for a PCV valve, which I know is wrong.
