^^ I agree. I had assumed the car to be a street car. If a track car, the list will be much different.

Car is a street car - not a track car. No plans for emissions - no concerns over passing inspections. I'm in Cali 1/2 the year and the car is not registered there.

I guess I'd be interested in any opinions street vs track - especially if the list will be "much different".


Apologies if I was a bit snarky. Maybe caught me at a bad time. I can understand why you are all concerned over emissions thankfully, I don't share those concerns. But "add an oil pan brace" and "re-torque engine studs" and 90% (95%?) of the recommendations seem to not matter if it's an emissions controlled vehicle or not.

HOWEVER, feel free to specify what is / is not of concern for emissions when making a recommendation. I'm sure I'm not the only one reading this thread and taking notes.
