Question Pulley Upgrade with Air Pump- What belt size?

Hi guys;

I have a Greddy pulley (alt/water pump) upgrade but I want to keep the AirPump. What belt size or spec do I need to get?

Thanks for the replies,
Joey

Why would you get a pulley kit and keep the airpump? That's what the pulley kit is for, to eliminate the airpump. IMHO, you wasted your money.

Yeah, why are you leaving the air pump in? Smogging soon? Too lazy to muffle the outlet and cap the inlet pipes? Or put a block-off plate? Just bring the original belt and bring it into a auto store that carries 5 rib belts and tell them you need one thats about 1- 2 inches longer.

Well, I bought my FD with the Greddy pulley upgrade and the Air pump removed. Due to smog issues, I have to put the air pump, stock pulley and belt back on. I just want to know if I can put back the pulley upgrade with the pump on to keep it street legal.

Sorry, I assumed you had bought the pulley kit. I just removed my airpump (ie installed a pulley kit) so if you need the stock pulleys, let me know.

Hdp,

I have the stock pulleys installed right now. Will there be any benefit putting the Greddy pulleys back on with the Air Pump? And what size belt do I need to get. Jeremy mentioned in his reply to just get 1-2" longer belt.

Thanks.
