pulley spacer? Help me Identify this spacer...

So.... Im changing my waterpump housing and decided to remove the entire thermostat/housing as well anyways i somehow managed to pull the thin oil lines around it without breaking them but as i pulled the waterpump housing off something fell off from someplace P.S. i also had to remove th epulley that is on the way in order to remove the waterpump but i do not know where thsi piece goes can someone tell me where it goes?

It goes under the idler pulley that tensions the P/S A/C belt.

Good luck getting it all back together with no leaks. Be very careful with the OMP lines, and definitely replace the gasket on the front iron where the wp housing mates up.
