Do these actually add rwhp?
Are there any detrimental effects??
Which set do you recommend?

Nothing that would actually show. If you have a light wieght flywheel then the main pully might be noticable.
I wouldn't even bother with pullies unless you eliminate the smog pump. Then you may as well swap out the alternator and water pump pullies.
Greddy is fine . Get the kit from Pettit. At least that comes with the new belt.

If you are replacing the main pulley, be very careful. It's not a strictly bolt-on item. If you are repalcing it, have a rotary shop do it as you can screw up the engine.
