proper grounding procedures

Does anybody know of a good write-up somewhat equivelant to the one Aaron Cake did for FCs? Is the FD practically the same thing, so would this write up be good in both cases? I have been searching on here for a while and striking out. Thanks in advance for any help.

Aaron Cake really stresses the importance of the ECU grounds on FCs. Are they equally as crucial on FDs? If so, why did neither of those write ups you guys post address them?
