The project has begun

Prep time, ~ 6 hours
Actual time to get the engine out, ~ 1 hour
Getting transmission fluid dumped all over your face and chest while you’re laying under the car, priceless

Anyway, woohoo, got the engine out and the project has begun. The plan is:

- Reseal oil pan
- Fix stripped out hole in block
- Clean everything
- Install fuel system and new turbo outside of the car
- Clean engine bay
- Clean up wiring harnesses
- Remove unused connectors from harness and depin ECU
- Relocate battery to passenger side bin

I'll try and take pics as I do things.

- Andy

Umm, clean THAT engine bay? Where's the dirt? If that were my engine bay, I'd probably skip paper plates and lay my sandwich right on the shock towers.

Anyway, good luck.
