Profec-b stepping motor mount location

I saw Robinette's suggestion to cut the coolant reservoir bottle mounting tab to make room for the GReddy unit then zip-tieing it. Anyone mount it somewhere else successfully? Hard to find room for anything. Thanks!

I fit mine inbetween the ABS unit and fender, on the side of the strut tower.

That was quick, Sol .. gonna try it now. I'd rather not drill but use existing holes/bolts.

I didn't drill. It fit perfectly sideways under a bracket and held it in place very securly, both nipples pointing towards motor. Had to remove bracket to get it in.

Like this? Good spot I missed, thanks!
What's the easiest key-activated power source to access? (I'm mounting the Profec on the upper column cover with velcro.)

good key activated power source- I bought a device that plugs into one of the accessory slots in your fuse block just like any other fuse, but it has 2 slots for fuses. In one slot you put the original fuse you took out, and in the other you can put another fuse for your new accessory. It has a wire running out the side to power your new accessory. It cost me about $8, and was FAR easier than trying to find a switched power wire. The cover even fit with it on. Just plug it into an accessory that comes on with the ignition.
