Profec B spec2 and HKS wastegate

I hooked up my Profec b on my 93 fd today. I am running the T04s single. I routed the solenoid nipple "NC" to the Turbo outlet pipe to intercooler nipple and the "COM" down to the hks wastegate nipple ON THE top of this external wastegate - as the drawing showed.

question - where does the 1/4" nipple on the SIDE of the HKS wg route to ? Does this just vent to the atmosphere ?
