The search feature didn't reveal anything. What are the pros and cons of the Spec 2? All I found was complaints and problems. Are there any benefits to the Spec 2? Any useful input would be appreciated. Thanks.

 

I just got the old one with *****, because i heard so many bad things about spec 2. I think the benefit of the spec 2 is that it's digital, and it has boost reading, and some other goodies. I still decided to get the old one.

 

i think i am going with the old one. the more I search the more problems it seems that people are having with the new one.

 

The old one has been proven time and again to be hassle free, whereas the new one there have been lots of people who have had issues with it.

 

The old is the boost controller of choice. Some people have trouble tuning the spec 2.

 

I have the Spec 2. It reset randomly one time, but I have had no issues with it since then. The last boost feature is cool, although the boost warning is also somewhat inconsistent.
