Product Defect Experience with Rotary Aviation?

As all of you know that getting things done on this motor takes a really long time like porting and almost took a month at mazdatrix. the thing is I bought an overhaul kit from Rotary Aviation and did not get to installing it till today. I broke a side seal because it was too wide to fit in the grooves because it was poorly machined. I'm about a week over their 60 day guarantee so does anybody know if they will replace these?

All side seals will always be too long. If you file them down slowly you will be able to get them to the length needed

I used a grinder, which allowed a little better control than a dremel and a lot quicker than a file in my case.

I use a grinder too. Be careful and go slow - because your going for between 0.1 and 0.4mm gap between the corner seal and side seal. Remember to take the burrs off the seals where you grind them too before you install them.

You need a feeler gauge for this job and lots of patience.
