1993 FD, no mods. Only thing is, the strap for the air pump blew and we put a strap that only spins the alt until next monday when we get the right strap.

So the problem is that the car wont take more than 30% throttle under load but will take 50% throttle on neutral... Am I on limp mode? Because it seems that I am able to sometimes give it 50% throttle with no problems and some other times...nada. Would the OMP do that if its shot?

We checked injectors, fuel pump, fuel filter, fuel pressure, intake is fine, no vaccum leaks, coils tested fine, crank angle sensors are fine...Help!
