Problem trying to vacuum bleed my clutch
I've noticed the clutch (ACT xtreme) has always engaged close to the floor. I also noticed that trying to shift at high RPM it would grind a little or be hard to shift. So I suspect the clutch is not fully disengaging.
When I tried to vacuum bleed my clutch I could hardly pull any fluid through the system. I then tried to reverse it (phoenix bleeder) and could not push fluid in. So then I went the old school method and noticed fluid only pumps out during the last half of the pedal travel.
That would explain the shifting issue if I'm not pushing in the clutch to the floor.....
Perhaps fiddling with the pedal adjuster years ago knocked it way out of wack? Anyone else ever run into this?
