problem with replacing turbos

my coolant seals went about 3 weeks ago and my cars in the process of having a new motor put in and found that i was probably gonna need my turbos rebuilt. so we finally pull them off the old motor and found a couple cracks in the housing and also a crack and other problems with the manifold connecting the motor to the turbos
here is a picture it also appears that one of the cracks in the turbo is from the flap pointed out in the pictue is swinging open to far and may have caused one of the cracks in the turbo housing

here is a closer shot

now im going to get another set of turbos so im not worried about this much but here is the crack we think might have been caused by that flap.

my main question is i know i probably need to get a new manifold from mazda but will that have the flap and everything i need and what exactly is it called so i can call and order it.

Probably the easiest/cheapest route is to buy a used one that doesnt have cracks. I have one that will be available in a few days that's in good shape. There is normally a couple in the parts for sale forums as well.

Those cracks don't look too bad to me, but it's a little hard to tell from the photos.

If you expect to buy new ones or something more expensive, I would slap them back on and start saving - those manifolds will probably last a while. But if used turbos is all you'll put on, then you may as well install them now. Just be sure to put all the heat shields back on - they play a large role in temperature control and help prevent cracking.
