Problem with full non-seq. set up.

I have been running full non-seq. for a while now without issues. Now my car is only boosting 7-8 PSI. I removed all the solenoids including the wastegate and pre-control solenoid. I don't have any CEL showing either. I have a MBC and is almost closed all the way. I have checked all the wiring and all the resistors and they still there attached properly. I'm thinking my ECU is on limp mode and I was going to let this slide by since the PFC WAS a couple of days ago but now I need a tranny and a clutch. My question is how is the ECU controlling boost when the boost controller is out of the loop. I follow this but for non-seq. to set up my MBC

If you are fully manual with no solenoids, there's no way the ECU can control boost. If it's in limp mode, reset it and see if that fixes it.

that's what I though too. I guess I have to look for leaks even if I don't heard it.
