Problem Found

Well this morning at work I decided to pop my hood and take a look at things, well I found the O ring on the UIM / plastic elbow connection sticking out, so I stuffed it back in, then drove home, when I got home The gasket was sticking out again...so bingo found my boost leak...

lucky you, i have a boost leak somewhere now, this all happened after I put my stock cat on and exhaust I only get 8psi now instead of 11... go figure. Now I have to check all IC hoses, clamps, and all those little silicone hoses at least I am Non-Seq. Going to start this little project Saturday Morning! Good thing I bought me a daily driver. -=].

I am thinking about going non-sequential just to eliminate all the vacuum hoses

Now I just need to get that bolt fixed and replace my couplings...try checking your stock cat out, it may be clogged.

That can cause me to not get 11psi? Weird it's being replaced this weekend by a high-flo cat. Thanks for the info!

Yea it can, because if your exhaust doesn't flow like it should, the turbo won't spool like it should

i dont even have a o ring there dude lol , maybe thats where my boost leak is from ? since were on the topic of boost leaks, i cant find mine yet, and even the profec B can't keep my boost down, on the lowest setting you should be able to only get about 7 psi out of the turbos, i still get 11 even with the profec all the way down... still running stock ECU, **** i dunno maybe ill find it after doing full hose job, any other suggestions ?

my car gets extremely sluggish as soon as it hits boost , but if i stay out of boost the car accelerates fine so maybe its a check valve or vacc lines busted or something

Well I don't think the O ring would cause that, its just the O ring was blown out of the plastic elbow so that pointed me to the boost leak, and plus I am missing the left hand top corner stud so there is a little gap for boost to leak out.
