try using a t-bolt clamp instead of the regular "screw" type

maybe cleaning off the coupler and the pipe might help too.

You could sand the pipe end with rough grip to try and get soem more grip for the coupler. or get a shop to lip it for you.

Cleaning it has worked for me. I just use some brake clean on a cloth and wipe all sufaces clean and dry and also replace coupler with a silicone piece. Do this every time you take it apart, oil gathers around that area a bit, so when you take it off then put it back on its slippery. What would be nice is the all aluminim one from I believe the 1999 RX-7 (Efini), it has a face seal instead of the clamps.

If you're running stock boost, i dont see how its coming off unless you either didnt tighten the clamps on correctly and/or using shitty couplers/clamps.

Get some hose technique couplings. They are awesome.

im using stock couplers so i guess they are shitty i believe im tightening them down correctly its not rocket science, getting them in the groove of the coupler and screwing them down...tight!

FYI, if you ARE using shitty clamps, tightening them TOOO tight will cause them to pop loose. Maybe you arent aware of this as you overdid them and they havent popped until you boosted.
