Angry Problem with boost!

I can only get a 8-5-8 boost pattern........ I have checked everything I can....Many of the boost tests have been performed.

Would the Power FC have anything to do with this? I have great vacume and the pattern is very consistant.

Boost leak? Do you have pills in the wastegate lines?

I have replaced all the vacume lines with silicone hose and checked and reinstalled the pills.

Where did you get the 8-5-8 reading from? A boost gauge? Has it been calibrated?
