Problem after rebuild !!!??

Recently, i did an engine rebuilt and install a T78. i remove the cold start system. I have PFC, and 550cc pri, and 1300cc sec.

I need to some help.......

When i start up the car, it has a lot of gas smell coming out from the exhaust and some black smoke. Is it too much fuel , and how can i fix it ?

It is hard to restart the car after turn off, i need to crack it for atleast 5-6 sec. Is it causing by the cold starting system ??

It is very hard to drive on the road, i m not talking about lag; but the car is kind of hesitating when i gas it.

thx

Black smoke on start up= rich...
I would start playing around with your PFC (That is a fuel controller correct?). It's not going to adjust it's self you know... Do you have anything to monitor your air/fuel ratios?

It is a tuning problem.

If you have a DATALOGIT, go read my recent "FIND" about reducing the amount of cold start ignition retard. It is on the PFC forum from about a month ago.

This make the car start and run better when cold and also allowed me to take fuel out of the cold running map.
