Question primary turbo problems with pics

ok here are its symptoms I can hear boost venting from some where around where the passenger would put his feet, and only boost up to 7psi. It quits venting at 4500rpm and the boost jumps up to 12 psi and holds steady to red line. My only mods are a dp and induction. I took a few pics with the car not running and with the car running. when the car is running you can see moisture coming out of the gasket and the other place, but after it warms up it goes away. Also pay attention to what I think is the actuator, it has a chard end, like somthing leaked there. would one of these be my problem for the low boost and or do I need a new set of turbos? They only have like 50000mi on them. any suggestions would sure help, thanks guys, Dan.

hmmmm. Is it oil leaking? If yes, you could be leaking it from the exaust side seal of the turbo, or it could be coming from the engine.

Check to see if it is oil.

No those gaskets don't typically go bad, they're 5-layer metal gaskets and very expensive. I think they're 5 layers anyway, i haven't counted in a while. If it's just waterish looking/feeling/tasting (don't taste it), then you're just like me. Mine looks like it's soaking wet when i first start it. Look for an exhaust leak between the downpipe and turbos. Even a little will make it wet till it's hot.
