I have done the boost test and am only getting 7 psi from the primary then a full 12-13 psi when the secondary comes online. From one rotary mechanic I've been told that this is most likely due to a missing pill in the line for the primary. However, another rotary mechanic told me that it could be something else malfunctioning in the wastegate and pills are not to blame. What do you guys think the problem is? Please give input, I know you guys have some experience with boost issues so any help would be great.
