OK, How can I tell if the primary turbo blew on me.

I was trying to remove the air pump and put a napa belt on when i found out that it wasnt going to work. I put everything back together and now no boost. Unless im going past 4500rpm's then i get about 3psi which is the secondary.

I took everything off and some, and double checked my work with the help of some threads on here. But no luck.

Is there something i could do to find out if the primary is blown?
