price to build a FD ?

a friend of my wants to build a FD sometimes soon
he asked me to help him search since i owned 2 rx7's (2nd gen)

anyways, assume he gets a chassis and engine seperately
after i search,
this is what i got for now

rebuilt engine w/tranny : 3500 ?
chassis goes for ... : 5000-6000 assuming good condition in/ex-terior with bodykit
intake : ghetto diy style- $50 or HKS : 390
fuel pump : 150
full exhaust : 1000
downpipe : 300
y pipe : 200
radaitor :500
FMIC: 1000
AST: 150
FAN: 200
ecu upgrade : 1000
dyno tunning : 200
whole bunch of gauges / timer : 400 ?

please let me know if i am missing anything important, and does the price sound right ?
he would be running stock turbo/ low boost for a while until he won another lotto.

.....it takes unlimited funds....make a list of the parts and labor...then triple that and you're almost there...
