Premixing with a bad metering oil pump?
My MOP has gone bad and to avoid the very expensive replacement I want to premix my gas instead.
The MOP fried my ECU, so I want to run the car with the MOP wiring harness disconnected. I assume that would make the ECU blink the 'check engine' light... So, how should I set this up?
Assuming the MOP is injecting NO oil, what is the recommended premix ratio? And, what kind/brand oil should I use?
Any help is greatly appreciated!
