Talking PRE-MIXING and FREE BEER!

Sorry about the beer but I had to get you in here.
What exactly do you all use to premix oil in your gas.
How much is it and where can I get some at because I would like to start doing this as I heard it really helps out?

I use beer. Icehouse.

PS- I really just use any 2-stroke oil I can use. 4oz / tank with my working OMP.

Just get any 2 stroke oil from a motorcycle shop. Only about 4oz per tank like Hype said, do not use as the bottle says.

Is this something everyone does/should be doing?
Or is this just another precaution?
Or is this something only the rx7's laying down more power do?

You should use a 2-cycle oil that is TC-W3, it must say this on the bottle. TC-W3 means it has a low ash content when it burns. I use Castrol Super Outboard Oil, and I use 8oz, 'cuz I'm still using the MOP. If you don't use the MOP you can use up to 12oz, but if the MOP is still in use, use 8oz. Any more and you will foul the plugs.

To answer your question, it is an extra precaution. The MOP on our cars only drips a small amount of oil during high load conditions, however, when you add pre-mix to the gas, your apex seals will get constant lubracation.

Metering oil pump MOP. It lubes the apex seals.
