Powering cluster outside of the car

Hi,

Is it possible to give power to the odometer with the cluster out? I want to know if my odometer issue comes from grounding or the cluster itself.

Thanks!

There's a thread called I just fixed my odometer and speedo. I bet that would be a great place to post as there are 100 people subscribed who know whats up.
