POWER FC not talking to Boost control Kit

Okay, My mods quickly before the questions....
1) HKS Hi-Power Catback
2) Downpipe and midpipe
3) Apexi Power Intake
4) Bomez Intake pipes
5) Power FC ECU with commander
6) Power FC Boost Control Kit

One more quick thing before asking my questions... Let me tell you how I set my Boost Control Kit up
- T'ed top ports of both precontrol actuators to the COM port of solenoid valve
- Hose from NO port of solenoid valve goes to one port where the precontrol actuators used to go (plugged the other port)
- Plugged both of the other ports from the precontrol actuators and also the ports they lead to.
- mounted new boost sensor where old sensor used to be (upper back wall of engine compartment)
- took old sensor and plugged into POWER FC with wire that plugs in next to where the Commander goes.
- plugged the new solenoid into the drivers side (white marked) plug under the surge tank.

I'm pretty sure I did this correctly... But I think that by doing this my turbos are non-sequential now. Not sure?

I then:
1) Reinitialized the POWER FC,
2) Set turbos to non-sequential and
3) went to OPTION 1 on the PIM volt menu.

Now, after driving i noted that I was able to alter some settings (ie fuel injecton, idle, and rev limit). But I was not able to manipulate the boost at all! No matter what settings I punched into the computer... there was no difference...

So here are my questions:
1) Am I set up correctly?
a) Do I leave the passenger side plug plugged in (under the surge tank)
b) I also noticed that there was a third wire harness that was not plugged into anything even before I started doing anything under the hood (Is that supposed to be like that?)
c) Also noticed that there was a vacuum nipple that was open (with no associated hose) under the surge tank as well (Is that right?)
d) did I plug my MAP (Boost sensor) into the proper spot?
2) Is there a magic trick I need to do before being able to manipulate boost?
2) Am I truly non-sequential?
3) Does anyone have a fuel Map that has my modifications I can fairly safely plug into my POWER FC? I looked at the maps that others had already and didn't find any that matched my set-up

I realize this was pretty in depth and perhaps confusing... I need some help as you can see. Please help if you can... My email is jenkim1@earthlink.net and my phone number is 904 234 3008. Thanks in advance for any help.

There are two plugs that look identical. One of them will have a white dot. The other won't. You want the one withOUT the white dot. The white dot is the pre-control I believe. If you manipulate the secondary turbo acutator % + or - you can boost.

oops, forgot to mention that if you plug it into the plug with the white dot, and you ENABLE the sequential settings, your boost controller will work If you change plugs to the one without the white dot, turn OFF the sequential and your boost controller will work also.

I will switch the plug to the non-marked harness and keep non-sequential selected!

So do I leave the other harness (the one with the white mark) plugged in or do I unplug it?

What about the other harness that is just sitting there under the surge tank that isn't plugged into anything... is that supposed to be like that? Is that like a diagonistic plug or something?

What about the port without a hose on it in the same spot (under the surge tank)... Is that correct?
