power fc boost problem

Hi, I have replaced my turbo on my R2 with the Efini Twins and also replaced my hoses with all silicone hoses. After I drove the car it now seems to over boost to about 15 and above at wot. I have a boost gauge so I have been monitoring it for awhile now. I am looking forward on buying the APEX POWER FC and hoping it will cure my problem instead of putting the restrictor pill back on, which I dont even know exactly its at. Has anyone been through this over boost problem after a vaccum hose replace and purchase the stand alone FC to fix the over boost problem???

What are the other mods on the car? If you're overboosting and still running the stock cat, you did something wrong on the vacuum line job or one of the hoses for the turbo control system is off or leaking. The PowerFC won't fix that problem - figure out your turbo control system first.
