power fc

i know this is really dumb question.. but im new to this scene so bare with me.. does a power fc take the place of an ecu.. and if i get an ecu do i have to program it by myself and change the programming after each mod i get?

yes the power fc is complete ecu replacemnet, you can get it preprogrammed, but you will have to tune it everytime you get something. so you need to buy the commander also.

Or the datalogit...I'd get the commander too but technically you don't need it if you spring for the Datalogit unit which should be considered a must for any body wanting to tune the powerfc to extract the max.
