well considering a t88 turbo cannot flow enough air to a rotary for 1000 horsepower... i would say it didnt make the power he anticipated...

i dont even remember posting in this thread back in 05, makes me realize how long i have been around this forum...

to get back to the topic of the thread....
im currently at 461 rwhp and have between 40-45k into the car, including the price of the car.. but this includes every mod i ever did to the car... hopefully after this winter i will hit the 500 rwhp mark that i set as a goal for the car...

You have stats to back up your statement? I thought the t-88 could easily blow 1000hp on a 20b.

I'll be running between 30-35psi on my modified t-88, along with a full bridge. I'm curious to see the outcome in a month or so.

I've yet to actually dyno my car. But I've spent way more than most of the totals in this thread. Maybe I'm under-estimating the power I'll be making when I finally get a good tune. I have a link to my vBGarage in my signature. Can someone give me rough estimate of what kind of power I'll be making?

a T88 just simply can not flow enough air to support 1000 rwhp... Even at 30-35 psi on a full bridgeported 13b rew, you are gonna be hard pressed to make over 650... just because a 20b is 1.5 times the motor, doesnt mean you can make 1.5 times the horsepower with the same turbo at the same flow levels... but then again you said yours is modified? So good luck...

as for the compression ratio i believe its 8.4:1 however i will have to get that info because i didnt document that.
Double check what you are installing for the Aquamist water injection kit. Aquamist doesn't make a kit that will support the 20B and in particular, you needs regarding HP. The pumps on the current kits are simly not large enough. This is directly from the company headquarters in the UK.

Fortunately, all is not lost thoguh. Aquamist custom made a kit for me (and Steve Kan) and it's being installed now on my 20B car at Gotham. You'll need this kit to support your application. You can contact Brock at Gotham Racing for more info and he'll hook you up.

FYI - this kit doesn't come with a resevior so you'll need one of these too. Gotham has just custom fabbed an aluminum one for my car - it replaces the plastic windshield wiper resevior and holds enough for the injection system and the wiper system. They're making several extras for sale.

Dave, I think he's either found that out or given on on the project by now (just a little ribbing because of the original post date).

How did you do that with only 5700, I assume your not including all the stuff that it takes to support this horsepower. ie. ems, clutch, intercooler, rad, fuel system, etc

$169.99 = 35hp increase over stock, 42 percent increase in gas mileage..........

In conjunction, I got a XP Model Fuel OptiMiser™

http://www.shop.com/op/~Extra_Perfor...0?sourceid=298

Now my car actually makes gas (I can see it dripping out the tail pipe!!!)

I added the FilterMAG Oil Filter Magnet increased my engine life

As an added bonus my Rayma Bracelet (spoken in a Apu accent) "Keeps me running at peak perfection".
