I weighed my car today. Cost me $7 at a local truck stop. 1993 FD, touring model. Total = 2790 lbs. Major things that affect weight:

-3/4 tank gas
-3" turbo back exhaust (hi flow cat)
-aftermarket I/C & intake
-full interior
-A/C, P/S components installed
-Bose system removed
-Sequential turbo system components removed
-Autozone supplied battery (51r = honda sized, hey it works great and I don't have to relocate )

FRONT: 1410/2790 -> 50.5%F
REAR: 1380/2790 -> 49.5%R
TOTAL: 2790 lb

Almost 50/50 w/o me in the car The scale operator told me that the scale is good to +/- 1 lb, but I hardly believe that. I think it's more like +/- 10 or even 20 lbs. My muscle car friends are jealous because they have to haul 700 or so more lbs around (that's like three REALLY fat people in your FD )

well...if we're going to dig it up I'll contribute.

93 Touring. Stock interior other than R1 seats instead of the leather and aftermarket steering wheel without airbag. Stock bose in tact and spare in the car. Boost gauge is the only addition. Stock twins, PFS IC, Gotham metal intakes.

Weight Reduction: Full 3" exhaust w/o cat, no a/c, no p/s, no airpump and associated emissions. Momo wheel without airbag, carbon fiber hood, Advance Design coilovers, SSR comp 17" wheels.

I weighed the car at a truck stop on the way home from purchase. I filled up at the station before getting on the scales so it was absolutely full of fuel, there was also a spare Kumho MX 275/40/17 in the passenger seat.

Weight: 2720lb
