I have a question for the single turbo guys. Where are your air filters? I see a lot of cars like this... don't you need to filter the air? Am I missing something?

Jspec doesn't use an air filter on the inlet. I see alot of guys from over the pond who do not use them. You don't "need" it. Of coarse you risk damage to the blades.

SilverR1 looks really good. Why did you not remove the ac/ps? Also is that the old Trust 3 row IC? If so how much fab did you do to get that and the Koyo in to place?

The turbo is the Garrett 35/40, the IC is the Apexi FMIC, the water pump is new w/ an unorthodox undrive pulley that is polished. Man talk about tunnel vision, I have no throttle body, no piping fromt the intercooler to the intake manifold and all you notice missing is the air filter. Ha ha. Just joking still putting everything together right now. I was going to use a K&N but the turbo sits a lot more forward than I anticipated so I'm going to have to find one that is a little more shallow. Maybe the Greddy, Blitz or even some Home Depot screen. The AC and PS are going pulleys are going back on, just not on when this pic was taken.
