But on a serious note, just move the bezel to the high point and you're set. All you need to do is glance every now and then. Somwhere on a any kind of straight works with me.

I was just playing around. Although, much of the time people aren't looking at the gauges at the times when crap happens. IE - 1/4 mile you're watching the track and the RPMs... if a wastegate sticks and you overboost, you won't know until it blows. Warning indicators on gauges are good... a light and a beep or something but still.

Wasn't trying to start anything - just learned a lot over the years and realized that gauges are nice, but only a few are really needed. No offense to the guys with lots of them - looks cool, just gives me a brain wedgie!

This is my current setup with Frank's center pod (boost + water temp) and the Control Unit II in the spare din. Apexi TT located above the steering column which I want to completely remove soon too. Come spring time, I'm going to pick up the PFC with the new upcoming IC and hi-flow cat.

Wow that's cool. Reminds me of this one.

How did you make those panels? Do the gauges have interchangeable faces?

Some day, I'd like to do one of these clusters.....

Ah, the joys of digital. The one thing I would miss from the S2k, besides the top.

I have to say, I love the interior of these (I see no :fap: emote. Needs more fap emote.)

GOD that's ugly!!

Kidding - always thought your setup was original, functional, and damn cool. How was accuracy/functionality? I assume better than stock - just curious.

SO what brand is your dash mount? I have a dual but want to add a Wideband and that would be nice to have it on the center speaker.
Thanks

Defi makes a "stack" style dash unit. (Defi Super Sports Cluster). I thought it was a Japan/Down Under only product. Guess I was wrong.

$2000 Dollars...I wonder how much it costs to install one of these bad boys...Not to mention all the damn sensors you would need.

^^^

Anthony the dash you posted is an ADL2 from MoTeC, costs round 5,000$ just because other from being a display it is the datalogger for the M4,6,800's.

About the Super Sports Cluster, it is just plain baller although it retails for 1,500$ in Japan. Gruppe S is probably just buying them there and bringing them over at a premium. This is the kind of object I would NOT want to have JAPANESE ONLY instructions in.

rusty bolts need to be changed and wires tidy, but this mount is rock solid. eBay laptop mount

Also waiting for my new MSI wind but that old pentium 75 is sufficient for datalogging for the time being.
