Post pics of your interior gauge/engine diagnostics setup
Some of you people have too many gauges.
If you were to spend the amount of money and time into all those gauges, you should have invested in a stack unit.
At least it fits into the existing cluster space and makes the interior look subtle.
Most of the interiors here are too overdone, takes the beauty away from the FD interior.

Not to be a pe-pe head, but people have different taste. I like to have gauges on my dash and pillar, some don't. It's up to the person and there stlye. Not trying to dis you or nothing bro. I bet your interior is better than mine...

The commander sucks. Plain and simple. It's a pain to read and the shade of green went out in the 80s. Not to mention it's typical mounting places are an eyesore. If the design were a little more...friendly...perhaps then it would play a bigger role in my setup. The only thing I ever used it for was to monitor IAT, and even then, rarely. I had tried to replace the LEDs in it, but ended up destroying it. I don't really miss is as if I need to do anything, I have the datalogit to work for me.
Personally I love my setup. I can know everything that's going on, whether I need/want to or not. It matches everything and it certainly (IMHO) doesn't take away from the design. My only regret? Don't have one. I do wish though that I could find something suitable to replace the water temp and oil pressure gauges in the cluster though. But with my new sending unit, the oil press is pretty much spot on with the Defi unit.

I have guages on my a-pillar too. Just 2. My water temp and vac/boost. Some of the gauges people have, the PFC can do that job for you. I dont understand why people have 5+ gauges in their car. It makes the interior look ridiculous.

Nope...I hate that crap.
It's my turbo timer. Turns out I like the look. My theory here is that it's not there for show, thus it's not ricy. I put it there as I didn't have really any other place to put it and it's on auto pilot so I don't need direct access to it. It's in the crotch vent. It was on the steering column, but the light was sooo annoying at night.
Compliments of Flyrx7 aka Frank. I don't know how active he is in still making those.
