Worst of 146 miles, best of around 11k, quite a few in between. I'd be happy to see anything close to 20k from one

66,000 on the stock motor before rebuild, and it was track driven.

Mine hit 82k before it went. I had all the bolt-ons with pfc installed at 45k. So it was driven pretty hard at ~320rwhp for 42k miles. As stated above, they can last if taken care of. A guy in our local club is over 150k and still going on his stocker, last i heard at least.

when i got mine it had 125k on the stocker and still made some compression despite a chipped side seal end. i was told by the owner that the car was babied aside from a couple 150+ mph runs.

Previous owner made nearly 110k on the original. Im at 50k miles on the reman. Makes good compression in one rotor and losing compression in another (my fault anyways). Still runs fine despite the weak compression though.

I'm still on my stock motor with around 72,000 miles. The car runs great and as of now has been moderately modified for the past 10,000 of those miles.

1994 bought new, 89+ K miles on original engine, stock except for Bonez downpipe replacing pre-cat converter, and have replaced all vacuum hoses with Viton. No current engine problems.

Chris at www.RX7.com has told me the most mileage he has seen out of an FD on the original motor was around 166k.

Lots of high mileage motors listed here. That's encouraging, and you can't help but notice that most of them are stock or near-stock.

124k on orginal motor with full exhaust. Everything else stock. Smokes a bit on startup, but running good.

My Nissan is on its 5th motor, 140k on the chassis. And i thought the FD was the unreliable one.....

I had 123k on my old FD's stock motor. I bought it with 103k on it and got most of the bolt ons shortly after i bought it. It was driven hard ever since it got a power FC. I pulled the motor on it and rebuilt it just because I wanted a 1/2 bridge. I dunno how much longer it woulda lasted being stock.

45k in mine , at the 10th year original engine I think so... ,water seal problem now it have 5k on the new one.

And 20k on my my other car , in the year 10th , water seal failure too

I think that the water seals get bad after 10 years and that's it

I reciently rebuild one how was 30k , and it have 11 years
