possible pressure problem

The little nub that attaches to the primary turbo intake piping and goes to the stock bov keeps popping off, i found that it's just loosely placed in there so i can pull it out and put it back in easily, is it supposed to be like that and why does it keep coming out, too much pressure build up too quick or it's not letting it all out?

Yea, that's one of the little "problems" with the HKS intake. It doesn't cause a problem since it's only redirecting the air back into the intake to quiet the sound.

You can zip-tie it or try to use something like RTV to help it stick in there better.

well i'm glad to hear that it's not a problem at least, a buddy of mine cut that hose and attached a filter to the end attaching to the intake piping. As far as i can tell it just makes the sound louder, is it detrimental in any way? Thanks for the answer mahjik

Nope, that won't hurt anything.
