Is it possible for a car running PFC to go into limp mode?

Just wondering if thats still possible.

No. I have disconnected the OMP while the car was running and no limp mode.

yes, if the fuel isn't adjusted properly, it will feel like limp mode

i.e, no boost, car falls on it's *** under accel, etc

Reason Im asking is the car feels like the timing is WAY off. I think one of my CAS died and my pfc went nuts. Idles rough (rpms dont bounce though, and pulls perfect vacuum). Car has tons of small hesitation through the rpms and a huge hesitation at 4krpms. It feels like there's a load on it whenever I drive. All the signs of having the timing retarded way too much. Only thing thats stumping me is it wont build more than 5psi of boost.

Is it only hesitation on boost? If so check the MAP sensor conections, Then make sure the correct PIM is picked in the PFC. Don't ask how I know that one.
